Our Funding
We are a non-profit agency supported by the fees charged, donations, and grants. None of our board members are paid and we are strongly dependent on volunteers to teach our programs and provide other supports.
There are frequently women who are not able to afford the programs fees and are dependent on a sponsor to pay for their program. We also have a mini-loan program for women to use to pay for initial fees to begin the program and then pay the loan back once employed.
Ways to Help

- Sponsor a Woman
- To sponsor a woman you may pay for her initial $1000 admission fee or any part of her initial fee. This permits her to begin our program and be supported until she is able to support herself through employment. Our program will connect her to community and faith-based resources and health and mental health care. We provide her instruction in life and work skills while she is supported to grow in her faith and her independence.
